This was in my garden recently. Found it among the dry leaves I was sweeping up. The redness caught my eye and picked it up.
A red bug to be identified please
It's a nymph of a fire bug (family Pyrrhocoridae) in the genus Dysdercus - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/16994201
Sorry, so many got selected by accidental touch!
The last one.
The last insect is a milkweed bug, Spilostethus hospes, in the family Lygaeidae - https://www.flickr.com/photos/ansk/26012986923
