Does anyone know what kind of Spider this is, and if it's posinious?

Appears to be a ghost spider (family Anyphaenidae - http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/146892255). Technically venomous, but harmless to humans - see the 'sticky' on spider bites at the head of this forum.
