I think this is Rosa Nutkana, a native plant here. A nearby similar bush that had no flowers left was labeled this. Nice Hips!

That one is Rosa rugosa, from the Pacific coast of Asia - note the wrinkled ('rugose') leaves.

Those photos are from the same shrub, it was the very last flower, and the most developed hip.
