Hello, we've moved to a house recently and I noticed this insect on the windowsill today. I also killed two on the wall but I'm not really sure they were the same thing. I don't really see a lot of them, I only saw those 3 in a week. It seems they have 8 legs and kinda look like ants to me. Its length is about 1.5 - 2 mm. Please help me identify what these are and how to get rid of them? Thank you.

I just found two more, but these seem to be different. They are more coloured - light brown and have dark stripes along their backs. They seem to have pincers and red eyes but I'm not too sure.
