Need help finding best light for plants

Hello, I live in a basement with little to no light. What would be the best way to provide light for my plants?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Shop lights are inexpensive and provide most plants plenty of light.

I didn't have an option to upload photos on my previous post. I run 75 in winter 12 hours a day. Some plants that don't get light suffer though - stunted, some die due to low levels of light. Hope this helps.
