Saw this in a picture. Asked the person in the pic, she does not know. So I hope someone in here can tell me
what is this beautiful fruit?
Your photo is too small to really figure that out.
Looks like it could be Rosaceae.
With no better info, I'd say a Cotoneaster sp.
"Saw this in a picture." Where? Surely the "person in the pic" knew where they were when the image was taken.
That would make a HUGE difference in being able to provide an accurate ID.
