are any of these perennials?
#2 is Impatiens. Some are annuals and some are perennials. Most Petunias are actually perennial.
Hi Pammesue-
Just like you, one fall I was sad that my "annual' flowers were on the way out. The day before the first killing frost was forecast I picked the remaining flowers and put them in a glass of water in my sunny window over the sink. The lasted a long time, but one by one I plucked out the dying ones. Low and behold, the petunia made roots! It was a 'Tidal Wave' purple one, and very vigorous. In early spring I planted it in a pot, then once it was warm out I put it back outside.
