I saw this stuck at a traffic light in an area I rarely go and only got 1 shot with my ipod. The fruits are so distinctive I thought it might be enough to ID this tree. The leaves had a sumac-like feel but that's all I can remember.
I can go back at some point if this photo isn't enough. :)

That's it. I saw another one today and it looked just like the one I photographed. Are those fruits hanging from the branches or just dilapidated flowers?
Those are the seeds - much like Redbud.
