Hi everyone,
In trimming some tiger lillies today i found a ton of these little critters (sorry for the bad pic).
They were surrounding two anthills but that may just be a coincidence???
Im guessing they might be aphids since i had an issue with them this year in the garden but am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.

These do appear to be aphids, but I've never seen any with markings like these...
