Its on my patio, made a web between the roof and the rail of my patio. I dont want it to get away, cause then I might not find it. Is it dangerous, please dont tell me its a recluse?

You could try either a butterfly net or a long forked stick, the idea being to take a fair portion of the web along with the spider...
