Two spiders, one alive one dead. Dead one reminds me of a subtropical wolf spiders. Alive one completely different, abdomen large and circular but tapers to a point at the rear bottom of its abdomen. Almost like a black widow's abdomen.

The dead spider is an orb weaver, possibly in the genus Araneus. The other spider might be a fishing spider in the genus Dolomedes, but its rather crumpled condition makes it difficult to be certain...
