Hard to tell because the image is small and I can't get a read on the actual spider size. Based on the shape of the body (along with what looks like spineretts on the back end it could be your basic grass spider (funnel weaver). Of course, the two most popular funnel weavers in Seattle and the entire Pacific Northwest, if popular is even the word for it, would be the Hobo Spider and the Giant house spider.
