In Wisconsin , plants don't seem to be damaged, but only this plant has these bugs

These are Milkweed Bug nymphs...Oncopeltus fasciatus

They eat the seeds by piercing through the pod. If you do not save the seeds, then let them be. I'd probably hand squash them, as I am hoping to pass seeds on to others. Right now I have the Oleander Aphids on my milkweed. They eat all parts, though.
