We have these spiders and want to make sure they aren't poisonous! We have kids! Please please help.

This appears to be an orb weaving spider of some kind; all orb weavers are harmless to humans. Almost all spiders have venom glands and thus technically are venomous, but only a very few, such as the black widow and recluse spiders, pose any real danger to humans. See the 'sticky' on spider bites at the top of this forum.
