they are very small insects, i had to macro shoot them otherwise they look like ants, they can fly around...
they always nearby my fish ponds...

they are the size of a baby ants, very2 small
Possibly non-biting midges in the family Chironomidae; there are species in at least two genera that have greatly elongated front legs - see http://www.diptera.info/forum/attachments/stenochironomus_cf_gibbus.jpg for an example.

yeah they probably midges... although cant find exactly the same ones on the web... but similar, yes.. thanks!
