This appears to be one of the so-called 'rough stink bugs' in the genus Brochymena - see http://m3.i.pbase.com/g4/94/339594/2/145897823.b5oUcZcF.jpg for an example. These seldom are abundant enough to be real pests, and there are reports of them being predators at times.
