The first image is a nymph of a planthopper in the family Flatidae, possibly that of Flatormenis proxima - http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/02/a5/0e/02a50e79594e943ae9f34d95010f52a7.jpg.
The second one appears to be Metcalfa pruinosa, a planthopper in the family Flatidae – see http://ag.udel.edu/research/delphacid/species/images/MetcalfabyDougtallamy.jpg for an image.
The third one looks like Flatormenis proxima, another planthopper in the family Flatidae - http://www.marylandbiodiversity.com/viewSpecies.php?species=6301
