Looks like something in the genus Formica, such as F. pallidefulva -

What camera model are you using? Your close-ups of insects are nothing short of spectacular.
Many thanks for the compliment, although there's definitely room for improvement. I'm using a Nikon D810 with a Nikkor 105mm macro lens and SB900 speedlight. All the photos I've submitted here are shot handheld at around 1/320 sec @ f/22.
