This was in my Aunt and Uncle's yard in Western Massachusetts. The branches were so high I couldn't get any good cone shots and there were none on the ground.
I say it's an Austrian Pine because whenever I can't discern a pine tree in someone's yard that's always what it turns out to be. lol.

You could always pick up needles off the ground, and examine them...
2-needled bundles = Pinus nigra a lot of the time. That bark looks right for Austrian Pine, as do the length of needles and size of cones.
Resin may say different...
Not Austrian. Cones look more like Pinus rigida (Pitch Pine), but hard to be sure.
