Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of these. Last summer I saw a pic on here of the very same type of eggs but have been unable to find the thread it was on. These were eggs on a long thread, attached to one of my daylily leafs. I didn't think they were good bugs so I destroyed the eggs. Now I wish I had taken a picture of them. Would anyone happen to know what bug laid these eggs? Each thread had a single egg at the end of it.

Well, never mind, I found the thread. They are lace wings and I probably should not have destroyed them.
