Are these eggs? Any guess as to species? The grouping is a touch less then 1/4" long and the leaf is wisteria.

These appear to be eggs of an assassin bug, maybe a Zelus sp. - see http://www.austinbug.com/hempics/zelu-sp.jpg for an example.
