I saw this bug in Croatian island Hvar. There is a wasp in his mouth. It landed on my bag and flew away after a minute.

It is a robber fly, but I have no idea what species occur in Slovenia. Someone more knowledgeable will be along to help.

It might be one of the bee mimics in the genus Laphria, see http://digilander.libero.it/zooland/ragni/aracnida/diptera/asilidae/laphriaflava2.jpg for an example.
