I have a white grape and since the last 3 years I start having a lot of those bugs coming on the leaves and coupling. All the grape leaves seem to get a disease.
What are these bugs and what can be done to get rid of them?
Can the disease be treated?

These are Japanese beetles, they can cause severe damage to many plants, including grapes, but I do not believe that they have been implicated in the transmission of any plant diseases. Thank you for identifying the bugs. I have a better understanding now. Too bad, they cannot be eliminated completely.
