Can someone please help me identify these bugs that are taking over my tomato plants? The pictures are not that great but hopefully you can get a good shot.

These are Leptoglossus phyllopus, a leaf-footed bug -

hannahdad31b's critter is a rove beetle (family Staphylinidae), harmless...
