Yea in my house by the front door. It doesn't look like a termite, just not sure what it is.

Can't be 100% certain, but these look like small rove beetles (family Staphylinidae) to me. These are general predators on other small arthropods.

Thank you for you response! I actually was googling termites and just wanted to be sure, could this be a termite alate? We already have the entire termite system installed, I fear termites heh - I've handled every other bug issue so far, but termites scare me.
