Is asclepius tuberosa as useful to monarchs (host to caterpillar) as the common red flowered variety?

Asclepius tuberosa and monarchs
Asclepius tuberosa is the common red one. Sometimes its yellow or orange colored.
Never known A. tuberosa to be red, just orange and very rarely yellow. Common milkweed is pink.
Okay red-orange.
