The first one looks like a nymph of Oncometopia orbona, a type of leafhopper known as a sharpshooter – see http://www.americaninsects.net/h/nymphs/oncometopia-orbona-nymph.html for an image and http://www.americaninsects.net/h/oncometopia-orbona.html for an adult.

The second one is a jumping spider, but I can’t put a specific name on it at the moment.

The third one looks like a net-winged beetle in the family Lycidae; see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/156996920 for an example.

The fourth one is Syritta pipiens, an oddball syrphid fly – see http://www.naturespot.org.uk/species/thick-legged-hoverfly - This is a European species that was introduced into North America during the 19th Century.
