I'm thinking the second one is a planthopper nymph - no clue about the first.

The first one is a flower longhorn beetle (family Cerambycidae, subfamily Lepturinae) in the genus Typocerus – see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/144690579 for an example; the second one is a type of leafhopper known as a sharpshooter, it looks like Oncometopia orbona – see http://www.americaninsects.net/h/oncometopia-orbona.html
