missing pics/empty entries in journal

As I am working in my journal, I am coming across quite a few missing pics or empty entries. Could these entries be restored? I assume it is something that happened when the journal coding was being "enhanced" to newer and better.

I'm not seeing missing pics, but I have run across some empty entries. There's a new place to report journal problems here:

Thanks Sallie. I see empty entries too, which I know for me, means some are photos missing.
