Hello! Please help me identify this and let me know how to get rid of it!
Eating my morning glory!!
This is a short-snouted/broad-nosed weevil in the subfamily Entiminae, and very unlikely to be a serious pest on morning glories. The adult weevils are leaf feeders, but they usually feed only on the margins of leaves, giving them a characteristic 'notched' appearance - see http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/orn/sri_lanka_weevil09.jpg for an example.
If you are seeing holes in the leaves or more extensive damage, tortoise beetles would be a more likely suspect - see http://www.ct.gov/caes/cwp/view.asp?a=2823&q=377822
