CLOSED: Bee, Fly? What's it?
These are small solitary bees in the family Halictidae. Commonly called 'sweat bees', some species are valuable pollinators. See http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/sweat_bees_halictidae for some examples.
Thanks.
