Image not clear enough for a positive i.d.; might be one of the grain beetles in the genus Oryzaephilus - http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/sawtoothed-and-merchant-grain-beetle

Do you think it could be a bed bug? That's all I am worried about.

Definitely a beetle and not a bug of any kind...

Philadelphia, PA

I keep finding them in my bathroom where my cat sits near the sink. Just wondering why grain beetles would be in the bathroom and not in pantry downstairs. Any ideas?

There are other very small beetles that these could be, I just mentioned grain beetles as one possibility as they are very commonly encountered. A much clearer image could resolve the issue.

This is really the most close up I can get. They are so tiny!

This might be a better photo as I found another on the bathroom sink today

These also might be in the family Latridiidae (minute brown scavenger beetles) - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/minute_brown_scavenger_beetles_latridiidae for some examples. These beetles feed on mold, mildew and other types of fungus. There must be dampness or high humidity for them to thrive.

Is this perhaps the same insect you have? I don't have any idea what it is but I've recently seen them crawling around in my carpet. This picture makes it look way bigger than they actually are and they sort of wiggle when they crawl.

To Uninspired - The overall shape of yours appears closer to that of saw-toothed/merchant grain beetle (http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/sawtoothed-and-merchant-grain-beetle) than Lala4416's example...
