CLOSED: Giant bug found, ID please.

I found this giant bug in a provincial park near Ottawa, ON. Its about 7cm to 8cm long, has both antenna and mandible (?) on its head, and was trying to build a 'nest' by curving up a leaf. Can anyone tell me what kind of insect is this? Thank you!
