We found this at work on one of the marigolds that were in an edible bowl. It looks like some sort of caterpillar to me?

Looks like a pupa of an Asian multi-colored lady beetle - http://www.animalphotos.me/insect2/lb-har3.htm
Oh cool, thank you! That is just a fancy name for a ladybug, right?
Although the term 'lady bug' is in common usage, 'lady beetle' is more correct as these insects are beetles in the order Coleoptera and not true bugs (order Hemiptera). Remember, all bugs are insects, but not all insects are bugs... :-)
