Question on photo uploads

It seems that lately whenever I post a picture on Dave's garden at post at a 90° left angle even though the photo was taken with my phone up right. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and what might be the cause. I'm using the iPhone 5s and taking the photos with my phone in the upright vertical position however whenever I post the photo it is posted horizontally want a left 90° angle. Any ideas helpful thank you
