I live in Indiana. Looks like it has two pinchers sticking out the rear (though they never really move). Six legs, dark in color with light under belly. Looks like it has small pinchers in the front as well.

Also the grid is 1" squares. So the head and body is about 1/2" long. With antennae and tail it's a bit more than 3/4" long. Here is another pic of it. Thanks

Thanks! Definitely a female common earwig! Looks just like that wikipedia picture, same colors and everything.
