Hi,
I garden in Winnipeg, Canada (Zone 3) and I bought a fern leaf peony about 3 yrs ago. When I bought it, it was about 6 inches tall and one stem. It's had one bloom on that one stem for the past 3 years and hasn't grown an inch. Is there something wrong with it that it's not growing or am I just being impatient? It looks very healthy but just won't grow. It's planted where it's gets about 5 to 6 hours of sun and it's not crowded...there's nothing else planted around it. Please help.
Fern Leaf Peony
I'm surprised you even get on bloom on a six inch tall peony.
