This is from my daughter's yard south of OKC. It shoots up stalks and has little white flowers on it.
I would love an ID on this plant
looks a lot like Hylotelephium, the tall Sedums like Autumn Joy which has red flowers. But saying they shoot up stalks, and since I am not sure how big this is, maybe another sedum, one of the smaller more creeping types.
Here is the Plant ID Forum

Are the leaves waxy looking? If so, very likely a variety of sedum
My Crystal Pink Sedum looks like this now. The autumn joy has similar leaves, but is more "stalk-y" than "clumpy". However, the Autumn Joy is an older plant and has been in the garden years while the Crystal Pink I just bought/planted last fall at Santa Rosa Gardens
