A friend found this critter in Delran NJ. Just a stones throw from Philadelphia. She said it was about an inch long and only had 6 legs and big fangs. I thought possibly an elegant crab spider ( Xysticus elegans ). Any suggestions?

Image not clear enough for a definitive identification, but looks to me more like a jumping spider than a crab spider...
