Any ideas, this Caterpillar? Is destroying my Viburnum Tinus

Lots of these all over my leaves, looks like a caterpillar though after wading through lots of images I can't place it. Quite small, maybe larger ones are 1cm in length.

Suggestions on most eco way to control it welcomed
