They are eating the leaves of my Chinese lanterns

Any idea how to get rid of it?

These are larvae of a tortoise beetle in the subfamily Cassidinae of the family Chrysomelidae (leaf beetles). Some species in this group specialize in feeding on members of the plant family Solanaceae, which includes Chinese lanterns, but they seldom are numerous enough to cause serious damage.
