found these eggs in my back garden and was wondering what kind of spiders they are??

Unfortunately, I cannot do so from this image. If this is in a structure of some kind in your garden, it might be a Steatoda sp. (rabbit hutch/false widow spiders)...

Is this a false widow? If so are they dangerous and what should be done to get rid?? Quite a few of the eggs about.

No, it is not a false widow, I cannot tell exactly what it is, but it's certainly nothing dangerous.
