Have picked these from the undersides of skeltonized bean leaves.

These appear to be very young earwigs (order Dermaptera). Earwigs usually are regarded as primarily being scavengers, but they can be garden pests as well, feeding on tender leaves at night - http://whatthecraft.com/attack-of-the-earwigs/
