Identify this bug. Good or bad for the garden

Spotted a strange bug while washing our salad greens for dinner. Wondering if anyone can identify it and let me know if this is bug to be worried about or a beneficial insect.

I'm not sure what your insect is but you may get a better/faster response in the Insect ID forum.
