Can you help me with identification an insect I just find in my bed, please? I have never seen before it and i am afraid if it is not some kind of bed bug. What do you think? Body lenght is about 7 mm. Thank you.

This is a larva of a lady beetle, beneficial predator on aphids and other small, soft-bodied arthropods.
