Is this an Arrowood Viburnum? It's the small tree in front of probably the oak behind it.

That is NOT an Arrowwood Viburnum (Viburnum dentatum). All viburnums will have opposite arrangement of foliage, twigs, and buds.
Though you did not provide a clear image of the leaf arrangement, I can see that this small tree has alternating twigs (see second image).
Those leaves could belong to some kind of Populus sp. or some other plant with alternate arrangement. You don't say where this plant is growing, so assuming eastern Massachusetts residence. Birch trees have leaves similar to this, but the branching and other characteristics don't look right.
