My beautiful trout lily leaves are all yellow and dead after a late spring freeze. I had a very large area
that thrived under my Mountain Laurel tree and now they show dead leaves. Yellow and withered.
Will they come back in the spring or are they destroyed? Did the freeze kill them or could it be something else?
They had not yet bloomed. I have never had this problem before and they have lived in the same
area of my yard for many years. I also have Lily of the Valley growing in the same area and they
are unharmed. I do not use poisons of any kind. Lawn and garden are organic only.
Trout Lilly, Adder's Tongue, Dog Tooth Violet dead
I had one come back after 2 years so I think they will be fine.
