I am trying to learn bugs, but this one I am not able to narrow this down at all. It's a neat looking fellow found at a park.

CLOSED: It's a Bug
This is a limoniid crane fly (family Limoniidae). They used to be considered a subfamily (Limoniinae) within the crane fly family (Tipulidae).
Thank you so much. The closest I could figure was a type of wasp or moth.
