Does anyone know it I can grown and substain Bougainvillea in hamburg pa 19526 area of USA?

Not outdoors. It's definitely a warm weather plant and only grows in the ground outdoors in zones 9 and up. It would have to be in a container that could be moved to a warm area during the winter.
