I've looked around, but didn't see a section/area for reviewing plant/seed vendors -- am I just not seeing it?
I recently purchased plants from The Cactus King and as a very experience online shopper, I've never had a worse customer experience in my life so far. I thought I should post something, somewhere/anywhere, to warn others of this vendor so they don't end up paying a lot of money for almost no product whatsoever, and without ANY options for return whatsoever (you cannot even object to the charge via your credit card due to her fine print).
Anyway, is there a place where I should post a review?
Place for Reviewing Plant / Seed Vendors? Bad Experience :(
It is called garden Watchdog here.

Wow, I looked at some of those posts for that company and it sounds like a dreadful place to buy anything from. It's a shame that, instead of using it as a learning experience, they use feedback as a way to highlight their arrogance and overall poor attitude.
AnnML, if you want a quality item, albeit small, check out www.geoscapenursery.com. They are really great there and the plant I ordered came in excellent condition. My parents live in San Tan Valley and really enjoy going to Moon Valley Nurseries around there. They've gotten a lot of cool stuff for their yard and never had a bad experience. Have you heard of them?
AnnML ~ I agree with davedigsdirt about GardenWatchdog. I never purchase any plant items online without consulting Watchdog and most of the nurseries I've discovered through DG GardenWatchdog have become favorites that I order from again and again.
You don't need to be a subscriber to use it and you can post your experiences if you want - both good and/or bad ones.
You can also access the nurseries websites directly from GardenWatchdog.
Another great feature is when you look up plants in PlantFiles you'll see if any nurseries have that plant (or seeds) for sale. You can access a list of nurseries which you can click on individually to go to GardenWatchdog and see their ratings.
I have found myself checking out the Watchdog when I come across a new nursery as well. It's saved me a couple times.
